Welcome to Gemmedlashes Aesthetics Membership terms and conditions offered by Gemmedlashes Aesthetics. By purchasing a membership packages, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Membership Packages: Gold Membership Package: $140.00 and includes 2 lash refills a month. Diamond Membership Package: $160.00. and includes 4 lash mini fills a month.

Payments: All membership packages are to be paid in full via cash, debit or any major credit card (admin fees applied). We no longer accept E-Transfer payments. Please note that all membership packages are final sale. No refunds will be issued. Membership packages are for personal use and can not be shared or transferred. Misuse of membership benefits may result in termination of the membership without refund.

Usage: All memberships must be used within their designated time frame. The Gold and Diamond Membership must be used 30 days after purchase. If credits are unused after 30 days, they will be voided and discarded. No exceptions.

Freezing Membership: Will not be accepted. no exceptions.

Bookings: It is highly encouraged to pre-book appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Lates: We offer a strict 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will automatically be charged an additional $10.00 late fee. If you are 15 minutes+ late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time.

Cancellations: If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your booked time. Please note cancellations made after 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the credit. If you cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours, your credit will be still be valid to book within the 30 day period.

Refill policy: All lash refills must be booked with 50% of lashes. If lashes are less than 50%, you will be automatically charged as a fullest. Foreign refills are unavailable for our memberships.

Coupons / Discounts / Rewards: One per service. Can not combine multiple discounts. The best price will be honoured at checkout.

Liability: Gemmedlashes Aesthetics is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our services. Members agree to release Gemmedlashes Aesthetics from any claims related to the use of our services.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All services, merchandise, and retainers for both services and academy training are FINAL SALE. No exceptions will be offered.
